- Crisis Chat is for anyone needing to reach out. According to their website they are available for "Anyone who is depressed, despairing, going through a hard time and just needs to talk, including people who are thinking about suicide. A chat visitor does not have to be thinking about suicide to use crisis chat. Any life issue, whether it be depression, family issues, relationship problems, and financial issues, among others, may be discussed on Lifeline Crisis Chat. Chat specialists are here to listen and support you through whatever difficulties you may be having."
- The NAMI HelpLine links to volunteers who can answer questions about mental health and lead to you additional resources, and includes volunteer attorneys. Their website also has phone numbers and links to resources for domestic violence and sexual assault.

- The Trevor Project is a national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services in a variety of formats to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) young people ages 13-24

- MindShift is a free app for helping develop skills to deal with anxiety, stress, and panic. The app appears to be primarily geared towards children and young adults, but they have resources for people of all ages.
